#1. No more than 16 painters per party. #2. Only 2-3 parents may stay for children's birthday parties due to space. #3. A $30 charge is applied if the party runs over. #4. NO outside Food - Can use Crossroads Mall open seating before or after party #5. NO NUTS OR PEPPERMINT IN THE STUDIO due to staff allergies. #6. $50 NON-REFUNDALE booking fee (listed as deposit). Booking fee is not applied to the cost of ceramics. Additional booking fees from Occasion may apply. #7. Rescheduling allowed up until 7 days before the scheduled party. Failure to comply with the agreed upon terms will result in a cancelled party with no refund. Thank you for your understanding.
